Below, §147 and §148 eliminate conflicts-of-interest in elections so that candidates such as Mr. Cobble can get elected. With these two provisions, the true and actual vote counts are reflected by voters.

For example, Cobble believes California's all mail-in balloting cheats the voters to keep the Democrats in power, and elsewhere.
